7-Day Itinerary: Exploring Ushuaia – The End of the World

This itinerary is fully customizable, allowing you to add activities or leisure time to suit your preferences and create a unique, luxurious experience in the Marvelous City.

Day01
Arrival and Exclusive Buenos Aires Discovery

Upon arrival, enjoy a private transfer to your hotel. Settle in for three nights in the historic San Telmo district. The hotel is built around Passage Belgrano, a former covered shopping arcade that is part of the capital's rich history. The establishment has successfully preserved the best of its historical architecture—high ceilings, wooden floors, and columns—blended with contemporary Argentine art. Paintings, sculptures, and even a mural depicting Carlos Gardel, the local tango legend, adorn the space, including the rooftop terrace. This terrace is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the day with a drink or a book, away from the city's hustle and bustle. At the restaurant, guests can enjoy a delightful fusion cuisine, featuring a mix of Argentine, Peruvian, and Japanese flavors on the menu.

Day02
Culture and Tango Elegance

Buenos Aires is a global city, and you will have the chance to explore it with a local guide who has fully embraced the Porteño lifestyle. This means an in-depth knowledge of the city's hidden gems and local customs. It’s a personalized introduction designed to help you ease into the rhythm of Buenos Aires. There’s no set itinerary—you’ll meet up, discuss your expectations and interests, then create a flexible game plan before setting off with your guide. The goal is to balance your preferences with the authentic Argentine experience, allowing you to adapt to the city's pace while picking up valuable tips for your solo explorations later—such as discovering the milongas. Scattered throughout the city, especially in the downtown area, these traditional tango venues attract dancers of all skill levels. Depending on the venue’s history, you’ll find a mix of young and experienced dancers, locals and visitors alike. You can take a tango lesson or simply watch as dancers move gracefully across the floor. Optional – Dinner and Tango Show.

Day03
Buenos Aires

The avenues that cut through the city center provide excellent access routes: Avenida 9 de Julio, Avenida Corrientes, and Avenida de Mayo. From there, for example, you can explore La Boca, a small, colorful, and picturesque barrio, or the elegant Recoleta, home to its distinguished cemetery, where Evita Perón, Victoria Ocampo, and Raúl Alfonsín have perpetual resting places. Your San Telmo neighborhood is known for its old streets and antique shops. On that note, every Sunday, a flea market is held at Plaza Dorrego and Calle Defensa. The people of Buenos Aires call it the Feria de San Telmo, and they flock to the stalls, eager to snatch up the deal of the day. Around the market, street musicians showcase their talents, attracting tango dancers who perform for passersby. There are many ways to experience the Argentine capital. From a culinary perspective, the city's love for meat is impressive, yet Porteños do not ignore fish from the Atlantic or their Italian heritage—in fact, handmade pasta here takes on a whole new dimension.

Day04
Buenos Aires - Ushuaia

Transfer to the airport and flight to Ushuaia. Upon arrival, pick up your rental car and settle in for two nights on a hill overlooking the Beagle Channel. Your accommodation is an Austral-style chalet, and the atmosphere reflects that spirit. The interiors feature polished wood, warm wool textiles, and large windows that invite you to take in the stunning surroundings. After all, while a cozy interior is essential, you've come for this wild, ultimate landscape of water, stone, and wind. Your comfortable and welcoming room features familiar, homey furnishings, offering simplicity and warmth. At the table, the chef crafts a remote-world cuisine, made with carefully selected ingredients, hearty and full of bold flavors. The meal is perfectly paired with excellent Argentine wines.

Day05
Ushuaia

You are at the gateway to the incredible Tierra del Fuego National Park, a mythical natural paradise shared by Argentina and Chile. Well-marked and easily accessible, the park can be explored at your own pace. Inside, a network of hiking trails of varying lengths and difficulty levels winds through subantarctic forests, rocky landscapes, and coastal beaches. Depending on the chosen route, you may have the chance to admire Navarino and Hoste Islands, the Darwin Mountain Range, ancient Yaghan shell middens, the Pipo River and its beavers, as well as a rich variety of seabirds. Already included – Beagle Channel Cruise You’ll embark with an English-speaking skipper and head south towards Isla Bridges, where you’ll find delicate cushion plants, Magellanic geraniums in soft mauve, striped olsyniums with curved petals, and notros, whose flowers bloom into scarlet pom-poms. On Isla de los Pájaros (Bird Island), you’ll spot imperial cormorants, Dominican gulls, Chilean skuas, and more. A light snack will be served during the cruise. Before returning, you’ll pass by the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, built in 1920, east of Ushuaia Bay, to warn ships of nearby rocky islets. Near the coast, keep an eye out for the ashy-headed steamer duck, known locally as "pato vapor" because it cannot fly and moves across the water like a Mississippi steamboat.
