The best time to visit Argentina depends on the regions you plan to explore, as the country spans multiple climate zones. Here’s a breakdown by season and destination:
Spring (September – November)

Summer (December – February)
- Best for: Patagonia, Ushuaia (Tierra del Fuego), the Atlantic Coast
- Why? Warmer temperatures make it the best season for hiking in Patagonia, visiting glaciers, and exploring the southernmost parts of Argentina. However, Buenos Aires can be very hot and humid.
